Refund and Return Policy ( ApnaKraft)
At ApnaKraft, we value our customers and want them to be completely satisfied with their purchases. We understand that sometimes things can go wrong, and you may need to return a product. This refund policy is designed to help you understand when and how you can request a refund from us.
When can you request a refund?
Our products are eligible for a refund under the following conditions only:
Damage during shipping:
If your product has been damaged during shipping, you can request a refund. Please note that you must have proof of the damage in the form of a short unboxing video of the product. The video must clearly show the damage to the product.
Delayed shipping:
If your product has not been delivered within the promised time frame (working 20 days), you can request a refund. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather,natural disaster, customs, or holidays.
How to request a refund?
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Send us an email at apnakraft22@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
Include the following information in your email:
- Your order number
- The reason for the refund request
- A short unboxing video of the product (mandatory)
Once we receive your email, we will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
If your refund request is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Exceptions to our refund policy:
Please note that our refund policy does not cover the following:
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- Products that have been tampered with or opened by the customer.
- Products that have been lost or stolen after delivery.
Products that are not eligible for a refund as per the above conditions.
